REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Customers may return items within 7 days of purchase for a full refund provided the item is unused, unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached, and free from stains or damage. If within 3 days the tag has been removed or the item is dirty or worn, the customer will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, subject to inspection and approval. Items returned after 7 days or significantly damaged items are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Giavanni reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy standards.
